Powerhouse Holdings, LLC is the company that owns and operates all of our ventures.
Where a traditional holding company allocates capital across businesses it acquires, Powerhouse allocates
something scarcer — engineering conviction — across businesses it creates. Every platform in the
portfolio was conceived here, architected here, built here, and is run here.
The model exists for a reason. Software built by an agency gets handed off; software built by a
venture studio gets spun out; software built inside a holding company gets lived with. When the
builder is also the long-term operator, quality stops being a deliverable and becomes self-interest.
Architectural shortcuts have nowhere to hide, because we're the ones who will meet them again at 2 a.m.
The portfolio deliberately spans industries — personal productivity, consumer finance, live
commerce — because the house's real asset isn't any single market. It's a repeatable way of building:
modular systems that share contracts rather than tables, analytics that measure rather than assume, and
automation that drafts while a human decides.
That same asset is retained by others. A private advisory practice serves organisations from
government contractors to the private sector — much of it under NDA, all of it held to the house
standard. The quietest work in the portfolio is some of the work we're proudest of.
